First licensed in 1986 as an agent and in 1987 as a Real Estate Broker in Vermont and as Broker in California in 2001, I have 22 years of continued full time service in the Real Estate Profession.

• Over 2000 classroom hours of real estate training, including (GRI) Graduate of the Realtors Institute, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, and Instructor Development & Certification. Real Estate Trainer teaching accredited classes in Real Estate in both Vermont and California, including Real Estate Law, Finance, Marketing, Management and Investments.

• Member of the National Association of Realtors, Vermont Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.

• Member of Women’s Council of Realtors

• Adherence to the strict Realtor Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.

• Up-to-date knowledge of available properties that are currently on the market.

• Experienced in Land Acquisition and Development, Business and Commercial, Residential, Income and First Time Buyers.

• Having negotiated and closed over 450 transactions including Land, Residential and Commercial.

Personal
Sue was born in Bayonne, New Jersey. She attended Bayonne High School, Hunter College, New York Advertising Institute and Newark School of Fine and Industrial Art. Before real estate, Sue worked in the Direct Marketing Ad business, and lived for a time in Montreal, Canada. Sue enjoys reading, cooking, gardening and travel, especially to see family in Vermont, Florence Italy, New York and Peru.
